General information

The tools and information on Prestofiles (prestofiles.com) are provided for general use only. We work to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every result will be perfect or suitable for your purpose.

Photos and documents for official use

Our photo and document tools help you reach a size, shape or file format. Rules for passports, national ID cards, government forms, visas, job portals and exams are different in each place and change over time. The quick sizes we show are common examples, not official requirements. Always check the official instructions and confirm that your final file meets them before you submit it. We are not responsible if an office, portal or employer rejects a file.

Compressed and converted files

Compressing or converting a file can reduce quality or change how it looks. The PDF compressor turns each page into an image to reduce size, so text in the new file may not be selectable or searchable. PDF to Word and Word to PDF may not keep complex layouts, fonts or images exactly. Scanned PDFs cannot be converted to editable text without OCR. Always keep your original file and check the result.
