This Privacy Policy explains what information Prestofiles ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit prestofiles.com and use our tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Image, PDF and developer tools. These tools work inside your web browser. When you select an image, PDF or piece of text, it is processed on your own device. The file is not uploaded to our servers, we cannot see it, and we do not store it.

Word tools. PDF to Word and Word to PDF need a server. When you use them, your file is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, converted, returned to you, and then deleted immediately. We do not read, keep, share or sell these files.

2. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, our server and our service providers may record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you open, the page that referred you, and the date and time of the visit. We use this information to run and secure the site, fix errors, understand which tools are useful, and improve the service.

3. Information you give us

We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name or address. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we use it only to reply to you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Prestofiles is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
